Linda J. Neilson, B.Sc. J.D.
Linda Neilson is now the owner of Neilson Wilde Law and operates a general practice with emphasis on real estate, wills, estates, corporate and commercial law, family law and civil litigation.
Linda received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Calgary. After which she lived in Vancouver for 3 years working in the social service sector. Linda then attended law school at the University of Manitoba. She articled at a small general practice firm in Brandon MB and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2012. In 2014 Linda was called to the Alberta Bar.
In her spare time Linda enjoys spending time with her family. Linda also enjoys camping, hiking, volunteering with Girl Guides and Meals on Wheels, and many creative endeavors.
James B. Wilde, B.A. M.A. L.L.B.
James Wilde is now semi-retired, but still happy to help with your legal needs. He was raised on a farm in Southern Alberta. He studied economics and law obtaining 3 degrees including degrees from the University of Lethbridge and University of Alberta. Admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1979 he has practiced in Edmonton and Calgary and has been in the Olds- Carstairs area since 1981. He has appeared as Counsel in all levels of Courts in Alberta.

Laura has over 35 years of experience as a legal assistant, has worked at our office for 25 years; and focuses on Office Administration and Estate matters.
Shanna has over 15 years of experience as a legal assistant and is primarily our Real Estate Assistant.
