Linda J. Neilson, B.Sc. J.D.
Linda Neilson is the owner of Neilson Wilde Law and operates a general practice with emphasis on real estate, wills, estates, corporate and commercial law, family law and divorce.
Linda received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Calgary. After which she lived in Vancouver for 3 years working in the social service sector. Linda then attended law school at the University of Manitoba. She articled at a small general practice firm in Brandon, MB and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2012. In 2014 Linda was called to the Alberta Bar.
In her spare time Linda enjoys spending time with her family. Linda also enjoys camping, hiking, volunteering with Girl Guides, and many creative endeavors.
James B. Wilde, B.A. M.A. L.L.B.
James Wilde is now semi-retired, but still happy to help with your legal needs. He was raised on a farm in Southern Alberta. He studied economics and law obtaining 3 degrees including degrees from the University of Lethbridge and University of Alberta. Admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1979 he has practiced in Edmonton and Calgary and has been in the Olds- Carstairs area since 1981. He has appeared as Counsel in all levels of Courts in Alberta.
Legal Assistants
Shanna has nearly 20 years of experience as a legal assistant, in numerous areas of law. She has been with the firm for five years and started as our Real Estate Assistant. Currently Shanna focuses on Office Administration and Corporate matters. Shanna’s hobbies include reading, camping and trying to keep up with her two kids.
Kelsey is our Real Estate Assistant. In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys spending time with family and watching women’s soccer.
